As a dentist, Dr. Goedecke is focused on delivering the highest level of care to each patient, tailored to the individual’s needs. Following the completion of his dental degree, Dr. Goedecke spent the next four years as a dentist for the U.S. Air Force. While in the Air Force, he received the Meritorious Service Medal for leadership in dentistry. In January 2003, Dr. Goedecke opened his own practice, Goedecke Family Dentistry.
Dr. Goedecke’s extensive training and pursuit of clinical excellence keeps him abreast of the latest technological and treatment advances in dentistry. He participates in many hours of continuing education every year. This benefits his patients because he’s always aware of new concepts, products, and services in the dental field.

Beyond the Office
Originally from Gouda, Netherlands, Dr. Goedecke resides in Mt. Pleasant. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family. His wife Aimee is a pediatrician in West Ashley and Daniel Island. They have two growing children: Erin (attending Loyola University- Chicago) and Willem (attending Emory University). Dr. Goedecke is an avid athlete and values the balance of a life-long healthy physical activity such as swimming.
